Early Adopter Program Terms and Conditions

This Early Adopters Program Agreement (the "Agreement") is entered into by Retable (the "Company") and the individual or entity participating in the Early Adopters Program (the "Participant").

Participation
  • Retable may provide access to certain products, features and services, which are in different stages of development. Participants are responsible for protecting themselves, their property, their data, and others from any risks caused by Retable products, features, and services.
  • Retable will ask Participants to provide feedback. The feedback must be truthful and accurate.
  • Retable will not provide any compensation for participating as an Early Adopter, and Retable has the right to suspend your participation at any time.
  • The Retable product and services provided via EAP are not for sale to anybody.
  • Retable may terminate Participant's participation in the Program at any time and for any reason. Participant further acknowledges and agrees that the features and functionality made available to Participant through the Program constitute Retable "Confidential Information".
Confidentiality

Participant agrees that the Product is the sole property of Retable Inc. and includes valuable trade secrets of Retable Inc.

Participant agrees to treat the Product as confidential and will not do without the express written authorization of Retable Inc.:
  • Demonstrate, copy, sell or market the Product to any third party; or
  • Publish or otherwise disclose information relating to the performance or quality of the Product to any third party; or
  • Modify, reuse, disassemble, decompile, reverse engineer or otherwise translate Product or any portion thereof.
Participant further acknowledges and agrees that Retable may contact Participant with Program-related information and announcements during the time during which Participant is participating in the Program. Participant may end their participation in the Program at any time and for any reason and, if Participant elects to exercise such right, Retable will no longer contact Participant about the Program.
